OVERNIGHT OATS: 3tbsp Oats - fibre helps remove excess hormones from the body and oats have calming properties. 1tbsp Chia Seeds and 1/2tsp Cinnamon - to balance your blood sugar and keep your hormones in check. 200ml Hazelnut or Almond Milk - a source of healthy fats which can support hormone production.

Put all the ingredients together and leave overnight in the fridge.

Before eating top with:

1tbsp Ground Flax Seeds - phytoestrogens can support oestrogen balance and omega-3 fats have anti-inflammatory properties, which may improve PMS and menopausal symptoms. Handful of Berries - low GL and packed with antioxidants, which can protect your hormones from free-radical damage, support fertility and reduce signs of ageing.
