“A space to nourish, connect, and focus on you and your baby”
A 5-week evening course to support and nourish you through your
pregnancy - suitable for all trimesters.
Each week will focus on a specific aspect of pregnancy and nutrition.
We will cook and share a nutritious meal together, discuss the topic and hold a sharing circle to support each other through this journey.
Topics will include: iron, energy, and sleep in collaboration with a guest yoga nidra practitioner.

5-week programme exploring a different nutrition-in-pregnancy topic each week, where you will be sent a recorded video to watch during the week at your leisure, followed by an online sharing circle and Q&A towards the end of the week

1:1 Pregnancy Nutrition Consultations
Particularly suited to those with specific health concerns or wanting an individualised plan. We will take a deep dive into your current and past health and food history as well as your family health history and create a diet, lifestyle and supplement (where appropriate) plan to specifically suit you and support the health of you and your baby.
